Barbell bicap curl

Swiss ball plank
The Swiss Ball Plank is an advanced core stability exercise that challenges your balance, posture, and muscular control.
By placing your forearms on a stability (Swiss) ball while holding a plank position, your core, shoulders, glutes, and back are forced to stay engaged to maintain balance. The unstable surface increases difficulty, making your muscles work harder than in a standard plank.
